Tara Omotere is the Founding Compliance Concierge at Lodge Compliance, where she leads personalized compliance support for short-term rental hosts, property managers, and real estate investors around the world. Since 2019, she has specialized in STR permitting, tax registration, zoning research, and guest registration, helping clients navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments across the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Gulf region, and beyond. As a founding team member, Tara built and now manages the end-to-end compliance process at Lodge Compliance, from license applications and municipal communication to onboarding support and client education. She has successfully onboarded over 100 short-term rental properties globally, working closely with city officials, co-hosts, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Tara also trains virtual assistants and co-hosts on STR compliance workflows, maintaining consistency and accuracy across client portfolios.
